On June 27, as part of the Surfers Paradise Festival, 2 Chefs TV (from Austar and Foxtel) will host The Great Aussie BBQ. There will be live cooking demonstrations incorporating local produce, as well as BBQ'd delicacies from around the world, from Greek to Japanse.
This will be an all day event with Aussie tribute bands, artists, an Aussie bar and backyard cricket - it would be un-Australian of you to miss it!
